When you are new to the iPhone many of you would have asked this question .. Should I jailbreak or unlock my iPhone ? What is the difference between unlocking and jailbreaking ? Today we try to answer these questions

If you need to unlock your iPhone you have to jailbreak the iPhone ( unless of course your carrier unlocks it for you ). You can choose to jailbreak your device and non unlock it.

Unlocking the iPhone allows you to use any compatible sim card ( from any carrier in the world ) in your iPhone. If the iPhone is locked it will ONLY work with the carrier you purchased it from.

Once you jailbreak your iPhone you can use a tool such as blacksn0w to unlock the iPhone ( more uptodate info will be posted on the homepage as we get the info )
