The guys at Phonearena.com have put the iPhone 3GS and the HTC HD2 to a test to determine which smartphone is the best. They have compared various aspects of both the devices like
Design ( outer appearance, build quality, etc )
The main thing here is the 3.5-inch screen of the iPhone vs the 4.3 inches of the HD2. Both displays offer good image quality indoors, but the iPhone has the upper hand outdoors, in bright sunlight.
User Interface
HTC Sense UI consists of multiple tabs that will allow you to quickly get to almost any function of the phone it adds integration to Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to the mail UI. Apple’s UI for the iPhone is simple and has a user-friendly interface.
Messaging
The HD2 comes with dedicated Mail tab that allows users to go over shorter versions of their emails on the fly. Its advantage is the ability to instantaneously switch between email accounts which is missing in the iPhone.
3rd party Software
Apple is the clear winner here with many apps that Windows Mobile users can only dream of getting ( may be one day with WM7 ). The iPhone apps are also less expensive when compared to the uber expensive WM apps.
Camera
The HTC HD2 sports 5-megapixel camera, while the Apple iPhone 3GS comes with just 3-megapixel one. Moreover, the HD2 is equipped with a flash, which makes it the better “cameraphone” of the two. But some HD2 device has some issues with the camera. Both handsets capture videos at 640×320 pixels and 30 frames per second.

According to the developers, Labyrinth has been downloaded over 10 million times since its launch. It was one of the crowd favorite from the early days. It was also featured in in some of the Apple TV ads. The app made use of the accelerometer in the iPhone and challenged the user to get the silver ball from the starting point to the goal while navigating walls and avoiding the holes.
Labyrinth 2, adds a number of new elements that enhances the game from a simple wooden toy simulator to a fun filled arcade game. Some of the new obstacles include cannons, bumpers, doors/switches, magnets, fans, resizers, merry-go-round, duplicators, lasers and more.
Players can create their own levels with a fully featured web-based editor. The user created content can be sorted by popularity and rating and can be downloaded directly to your device. The game offers a very nice local multi-player setup over both bluetooth and Wi-Fi. This lets you play up to 4 people on the same board, which is really cool.
With the many great titles from Gameloft, NOVA looks like its no exception. Its looks like a cross between Metroid Prime , HALO and Dead Space. The video showcases the cinematic trailer and actual gameplay video for the game.
Game Loft has also put together a site for its up coming game : http://near-orbit-vanguard-alliance.com/. Oh and if you are wondering what NOVA is , it stands for Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance. Which looks like the only hope for human race from some crazy ass alien race.
